System Families

Three engineered system families, configured to your project

OMJX designs and manufactures non-standard equipment across coating, environmental treatment and conveying disciplines, combined into a single production line where needed.

About OMJX

Nearly three decades of integrated coating and automation manufacturing

Founded in 1996, OMJX operates a 35,000+ ㎡ manufacturing base across nine workshop bays, with in-house CNC laser cutting, bending, punching, shearing and welding capability supporting the fabrication of every system we configure.

Engineering Process

How an OMJX project comes together

From initial requirements review to on-site commissioning, every system follows a consistent engineering workflow.

  1. 01

    Requirements review

Our engineers review your part geometry, throughput, coating specification and plant layout constraints.

  2. 02

    System configuration

A non-standard line configuration is proposed, combining pretreatment, application, conveying and environmental control modules to fit your process.

  3. 03

    Fabrication & assembly

Structural steel, tanks, ductwork and control panels are fabricated and pre-assembled across our workshop bays.

  4. 04

    Installation & commissioning

OMJX teams install, wire and commission the system on-site, then hand over documented operating procedures.
